1. Deposits:
· All standard bookings require a $35 Non-Refundable Non-Transferable Deposit in order to secure your requested date and time.
2. Hours of Operation:
· Business hours are from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Monday-Friday. 8:00 am-4:00 pm Booking before or after business hours will result to an additional $25 service fee that will be included in your overall total.
· Any last minute appointments must be booked between 48-72 hours of the requested date and time if there is open availability.
· Clients are only allowed a 15-minute grace period for being late. After that a $25 late fee will be implemented.
· No Same Day Appointments.
3. Travel Fees:
- One of the luxuries to my services is that I travel to your destination. If your location is 10 miles outside of the Conyers GA radius, an additional .55 per mile will be implemented to your overall cost.
4. Parking:
· If valet parking and hotel parking is required. You are responsible for paying for the valet/hotel parking fees. The amount will be added to your overall total.
5. Cancellations:
· If you cancel your appointment two weeks prior to your appointment, you may reschedule and transfer your deposit to only one future appointment date and time.
· Please provide 48-72 hours to cancel your appointment. Deposit is non-refundable no-transferable.
· All same day cancellations will be charged the remaining balance and full balance in order to book another appointment.
· Multiple same-day cancellations will result in refusal and banned for any future bookings and services.
